Shipping Process

The shipping process we use has three different stages: the time it takes for an order to be processed, the period that the products are in transit, and the Total Delivery Time.

Handling Time: 2 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Transit Time: 4 to 6 business days (Monday–Friday).
Total delivery time: 6-9 business days

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment in real time.

The item has never been received.

Buyers will be enabled to contact us by email if they didn’t receive the item. We would have our shipping department and delivery agent check where the product is.

Undelivered packages

Undelivered packages incur a fee for shipping and handling. Please note the seven-day storage period. Fees are charged thereafter. Unpaid charges are forwarded to a debt collection service.

Delivery delays

In the case of delivery delays, we will definitely contact you at first opportunity. 6. We are striving for the fastest possible delivery of your orders. Extensive delays entitle you to cancel your purchase.

Changes to the delivery address

If you need to change the shipping address after your order has been shipped, please contact us directly as soon as possible. Please remember, shifts in location may be impossible if the parcel has already been dispatched.

Incorrect address

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided during checkout, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
