Returns Window
From the date you received it, you have 30 days to return an item. Your item should be unused and just like the condition you received it to be considered for a return. Furthermore, it should be in the original packaging and have all tags intact. A purchase receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.
Damages and issues
Upon your acceptance of the order, we request that you inspect it and let us know promptly in case it was damaged or incorrect, or something is out of order regarding it so that we can proceed appropriately.
Order Edits
If you would like to edit your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After the initial 12 hours, we will not be able to edit your order.
Exchanges
The surest way to get what you want most quickly is to send the item you already have back, and after the return is approved, buy the new item separately.
Lost parcels
If your parcel gets lost while it is in transit, we will promptly issue a replacement and make sure that the order is delivered to you given that the right address was chosen during the checkout process. Should you refuse a replacement, we will need at least 30 days after the receipt of the parcel for the money to be credited back to your account. Our customer service team will check on your order regularly during the two weeks to track its progress and provide you with accurate information.

Refunds Window
We will inform you, after the return verification and approval, about the status of the refund. If approved, the money will be returned to your credit card within 7 working days.
